Paralegal to join its Boston office. The office is an active, trial-forward team handling complex product liability, toxic tort, class action and commercial litigation, including tobacco defense. The team is tight-knit, leadership is accessible and the work is substantive. This role is ideal for a paralegal who wants substantive responsibility, visibility with attorneys, and meaningful involvement in high-stakes litigation.

Your Role on the Team
- Support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, from discovery through trial, including trial attendance as needed
- Review and analyze case materials to identify legally relevant information within assigned practice areas
- Draft, proofread and finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence
- Manage and organize large volumes of documents using litigation support and document management platforms
- Track deadlines and coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, and opposing counsel to keep matters on schedule
- Take ownership of responsibilities and collaborate across all levels of the team in a fast-paced trial active environment
Your Credentials
- 5 year + litigation paralegal experience; paralegal certificate required
- Defense-side experience strongly preferred product liability or complex litigation exposure a significant plus
- Proven trial preparation experience, including attending trial, is preferred
- Strong command of the full litigation lifecycle with the ability to spot and flag relevant information within documents and case materials
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Comfortable managing competing priorities tight deadlines and high volume workload
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems (NetDocuments or similar)
- Professional, discreet and collaborative - someone who takes ownership and thrives in fast-paced trial active environment
- Willingness to travel as needed for trial and case-related matters
